The Role We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and leadership-driven Centre Manager to oversee our center's daily operations and drive student recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the front-line operations team, resolving escalated administrative challenges, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a premium service standard for our students. This role requires an individual who can balance strategic growth with meticulous operational management. Key Responsibilities Centre Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring seamless administrative functions, a professional environment, and optimal facility utilization. Student Recruitment & Sales Management: Lead student enrollment efforts, track sales targets, and handle escalated inquiries to drive center revenue. Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support the Student Recruitment & Operations team to deliver an exceptional, premium customer service experience.
