Project Manager

We are a leading power grid infrastructure company specializing incomprehensive electrical and telecommunication installation services. Looking for : Project Manager (Construction) Salary Range: SGD 4,000 - SGD 4,500 Location: Joo Koon Contact Key Responsibilities: Regularly meet with engineers, architects, and contractors to discuss project objectives and progress and to ensure project success. Manage and provide solutions to all internal inter faces with other relevant Departments, including Government and Statutory authorities, and other third party entities Lead and motivate site foremen and teams to achieve project targets. Maintaining relationships with Client, subcontractor and relevant authority officers. Oversee equipment availability and ensure materials are on-site. Monitor budget costs for wages, contractors, materials, and equipment. Approve purchase requests and track financial expenses. Ensure projects start and finish on time, meeting daily and weekly deadlines. Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site. Issue SIs and VOs to project management as required. Conduct quality inspections throughout construction stages. Requirements: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry. Preferred experience in SP Group Projects . Strong knowledge on process of cable installation and road reinstatement works Candidate should have experience in LTA system with relevant certificate. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Services or any valid Technical certifications in construction safety or management Willing to work weekends/public holidays and late nights as needed.
