🏗️ Quantity Surveyor 📍 Location: Singapore 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🌟 About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our dynamic construction team. You’ll play a key role in managing both pre- and post-contract activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. If you have a strong passion for cost management and enjoy working collaboratively across teams — this opportunity is for you! 🔧 Key Responsibilities Handle pre- and post-contract administration for construction projects. Conduct tender taking-off , vendor sourcing, and cost estimation. Prepare tender submissions , including measurements, quotations, costing reports, and documentation. Compile cost breakdowns , technical data, and drawings in response to tender queries. Perform cost analysis and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and assist in tender documentation. Monitor cost budgets , perform cost control , and maximize project profitability. Attend project and consultant meetings, prepare variation work costings , progress claims , and final accounts . Support the Project Team with cost, contract, and progress verification throughout all project stages. Participate in project review meetings and handle client requirements effectively. Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management. 🎯 Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying , Building , Construction Management , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project cost management. Strong understanding of contract administration , tendering , and cost control . Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
