Serving Singapore and Asia Pacific, it supplies Chlorine Dioxide Decontamination Systems and Class III Isolators, supporting life science, healthcare, and food industries. Job Summary You will assist engineers and project managers in coordinating and executing laboratory and MEP projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards while supporting technical documentation and site activities. Responsibilities Assist engineers and project managers in coordinating daily project tasks to ensure timely execution Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project progress Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents, reports, drawings, and project records for accurate project tracking Support procurement processes by assisting in material and equipment ordering and delivery coordination Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to monitor project status and compliance Track project progress and follow up on outstanding project matters to maintain schedule adherence Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety requirements to uphold quality and safety standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM software to assist in technical drawing and project planning Basic understanding of MEP systems and engineering drawings to support project coordination Other Information Working Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month (based on qualification and experience) What We Offer: Structured career progression opportunities Exposure to MEP, cleanroom, EMC, and laboratory projects Hands-on technical and site experience Career advancement opportunities within the company
