Company Overview LENS MODE PRIVATE LIMITED operates a distribution center for an e-commerce company serving customers mainly from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United States, and the Philippines. Job Summary The Logistics Executive will coordinate supplier orders and returns, manage inventory, and communicate with international customers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations. Responsibilities Coordinate supplier orders and process returns to maintain efficient supply chain operations Resolve logistics inquiries by communicating clearly with international customers and customer service teams Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational and reporting needs Use MS Office, especially Excel, to track logistics data and generate inventory status reports Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless logistics workflows Work independently with self-motivation within a small team environment to meet operational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate basic fluency in Japanese to support communication with the primary Japanese customer base Exhibit proficiency in English for clear spoken and written communication Local candidates preferred (Singaporean and Permanent Residents)
