Logistics Manager Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience) Working Days: 6 days per week Location: Singapore (East) Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the logistics, warehouse, delivery, and furniture installation teams. Plan and coordinate daily delivery and installation schedules to ensure timely and efficient service. Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse and delivery personnel. Coordinate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitor order processing, picking, loading, delivery, and installation to maintain high service standards. Optimize delivery routes, manpower allocation, and vehicle utilization to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs. Manage the company's delivery fleet, including vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, and related documentation. Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and stock movement. Resolve delivery, installation, and logistics-related customer issues promptly and professionally. Develop, implement, and continuously improve logistics SOPs and operational processes. Monitor logistics performance, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore workplace safety regulations. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution management. Experience in the furniture industry is an advantage. Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse and delivery teams. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and delivery planning. Familiar with Singapore road networks and logistics operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse or logistics management systems. Able to communicate effectively in English. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an added advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and when required, beyond normal working hours.
