Key Responsibilities 1. Client Support & Communication Assist the Sales Deputy Director in managing major client accounts Answer and screen phone calls on behalf of the Sales Deputy Director Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Follow up with clients on orders, quotations, and documentation Maintain strong relationships with key clients 2. Sales Coordination & Order Management Take over client order processing when required Prepare and issue sales quotations Follow up on quotation approvals Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders Update and maintain sales records and client databases 3. Tender & Documentation Support Prepare and submit tender documents as required Ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted before deadlines Coordinate with relevant departments for supporting documents 4. Administrative Support Schedule meetings and manage appointments Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations using power point Handle general administrative duties related to the sales department Required Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Attention to detail (especially for quotations and tenders) Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Outlook) Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions Possess min 2 year of relevant experience in client/ accounts management A passion for business development and people A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to foster lasting client relationships & assist clients in their hiring needs Self-driven, great communication and problem solving skills, willing to learn
