BIM Lead

Key Responsibilities • Implement company wide BIM standards, workflow and BIM Execution plan and protocols, and best practices across all assigned projects. • Lead, manage, train and mentor BIM Engineers and Modelers to ensure on time and high-quality deliverables. • Oversee and coordinate MEP BIM models with other disciplines. • Conduct clash detection and manage coordination processes using tools such as Navisworks. • Review and audit BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards. • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project teams. • Step in to perform hands-on Revit modeling to ensure timely BIM delivery when required. • Support the preparation of BIM deliverables, including shop drawings, as-built models, and reports. • Manage model data, file structures, and version control within a Common Data Environment (e.g., BIM 360). • Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Autocad 2D is essential. • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. • Good understanding of MEP design principles and construction workflows. • Experience in leading a team
