Job Summary Manage construction projects from site preparation to build-out, ensuring alignment with timelines, specifications, and design plans while maintaining safety, sustainability, and client communication. Responsibilities Manage construction execution to meet project timelines and specifications from site preparation through build-out Align construction, installation, and assembly of components, equipment, and systems with approved plans and drawings Prepare timely construction progress reports addressing contract terms on cost, quality, and schedule Document and track action items and follow-ups from project meetings to ensure resolution Liaise with clients for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain comprehensive site records Drive and enforce safety and sustainability practices throughout construction activities Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and construction crews to facilitate smooth project delivery Required competencies and certifications Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
