Delivery Lead - Core Banking

Roles & Responsibilities: · Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements. · Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals · Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards · Oversee vendor, technology, business and partner engagements, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met · Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms · Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle · Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams · Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges Required Skills : · 10+ years of experience in IT delivery management, preferably in banking or financial services · Strong understanding of Core Banking systems , especially in Corporate Lending and CASA domains · Proven experience leading BA and Architecture teams in large-scale transformation programs · Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles · Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills · Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models · Experience working with Temenos, FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products. · Strong u…
