Job Title: Supervisor (Food Manufacturing Production) Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: >Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. >Lead and manage production workers to achieve production targets. >Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. >Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required. >Maintain production records and prepare daily reports. >Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment. >Train new employees and enforce company SOPs and safety procedures. >Coordinate with the team work, quality assurance, and maintenance teams. >Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Requirements: >Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. >Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety practices is preferred. >Able to work independently and under pressure. >Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
