Project Manager

What you'll be doing Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets Coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues and constraints Communicating project status and performance to stakeholders Ensuring projects comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols Providing technical guidance and support to project teams Continuous improvement of project management processes and tools What we're looking for Minimum 20 years ' experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, preferably in electrical engineering projects. Minimum one HDB project completion is REQUIRED Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Technical proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices Proficient in project scheduling, cost control and risk management Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field
