This role supports the commercial performance of Lifelong Learning Singapore (LLSG) by contributing to Pay-Per-Use Facilities (PPUF) revenue growth and utilisation, translating data into actionable insights and strategic actions, and building partnerships and programmes that strengthen LLSG position as a preferred campus and event venue. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys combining strategy and execution; and is keen to grow their experience in business development and stakeholder engagement; as well as to build a track record in commercial strategy and delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. PPUF Client & Revenue Growth Support the growth and retention of PPUF accounts by strengthening relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities in new market segments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities that can contribute to revenue growth and improved space utilisation. Manage and grow key PPUF accounts and market segments, strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth and improved utilisation of campus facilities. 2. Data-Driven Strategy Analyse Events and PPUF data to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers of revenue and utilisation, and develop strategies and initiatives to enhance business performance, revenue growth, and campus utilisation. Analyse engagement, marketing and booking data to identify trends and success factors, including the outreach approaches, marketing channels, client segments, programmes and event types that most effectively drive bookings, revenue growth and campus utilisation. Develop dashboards and visualisations that translate complex business data into clear, actionable insights, enabling the Campus Business Development (CBD) team to monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. 3. Marketing Strategy & Execution Use data insights to plan and execute marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and refine strategies and approaches to improve future campaign outcomes. Be the lead from CBD to work with internal stakeholders to leverage business and market insights to identify opportunities for ad-hoc marketing campaigns; and to develop and execute campaigns in a timely and responsive manner. 4. Partnerships & Programming Develop and manage partnerships with communities, industry stakeholders and organisations to bring relevant programmes and events to Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI), in alignment with Skills and Workforce Development Agency’s (SWDA) objectives, while strengthening LLI's position as a preferred venue and learning destination. Design programmes and events that anticipate where stakeholder preferences are heading. Take ownership as a key liaison for partner-led events and major initiatives such as the annual SkillsFuture Festival, coordinating stakeholders and playing an active role in the planning, organisation and delivery of these events. 5. AI-Driven Productivity Lead the adoption of AI tools and practices across the cluster's departments by identifying high-value use cases, drive rollout, and measure the productivity gain, positioning this as a visible efficiency win for the department Requirements: Tertiary qualification in any discipline. 3–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field.  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and present insights effectively through dashboards, charts or BI Tools or similar tools. Comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives.  Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Adaptable, detail-oriented and motivated to develop expertise in commercial strategy, business development and stakeholder engagement. Candidates who do not have the required qualification or relevant experience are welcome to apply. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
