Marketing Assistant – Construction Industry

Key Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid documents for tenders and client meetings. Maintain and update marketing materials including brochures, project portfolios, and case studies. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather photos, progress updates, and technical details for marketing purposes. Manage the company’s project system and client database. Organize events such as site visits and client networking sessions. Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and vendor coordination. General Requirements Diploma or O-Level qualification. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Prior experience in marketing or administrative support, preferably in construction or engineering, is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided .
