Recruitment Consultant | Purpose Driven

We are a boutique HR Consultancy Company that provides HR Services such as Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Projects, etc. We are looking for purpose-driven personnel to join us as Recruitment Consultants. What does the role entail : Identify and connect with new and existing customers to develop and maintain business relationships Work closely with clients as an external talent acquisition partner by sourcing candidates through direct recruiting, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, existing database, etc Understand the experience and aspirations of potential candidates and manage their expectations Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates' relationships Ensure that the Lightway's objectives and sales targets are achieved What are we looking for : Minimum Diploma in any studies with relevant experience from a recruitment environment or the Human Resource-related field Knowledge of the recruitment process and the market’s best practices. Familiar with relevant industry trends and developments. Strong drive to fulfill purpose and succeed in job matching Passionate about identifying talent needs and supporting aspiring talents in identifying the right career path and employers A proactive and self-driven mindset.
