About this role

Job Responsibilities Liaise with employment agencies to coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding arrangements for new hires. Conduct worker onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities. Manage Work Permit applications, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters. Prepare worker payroll operations. Prepare billing payment summaries, including PCP, Security Bond, MWOC, and other related charges. Sort out letters and pass to relevant parties for processing. Coordinate lorry insurance, road tax, and VPC renewals. Provide general administrative support across departments as required. Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience in the Construction Industry. Familiarity with Infotech System will be an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities under the guidance of Management. We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
