Senior Project Engineer

Job Description: Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works Coordinate with Architectural and M&E team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect’s design intent Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submission Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades (M&E and Architectural) for projects specifications & other technical issues To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings Attend meetings and site walks during the construction phase of project Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard Job Requirements: 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturday) Recognized degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private residential, government and commercial building projects, with at least completed one project as track record. (HDB Experience preferred) Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
