General Worker (Art Handler / Storekeeper)

Roles & Responsibilities The General Workers (Art Handler / Storekeeper) will be an essential worker in the gallery team! The candidate will handle our art inventory, ensuring that works are well kept and displayed in our gallery until they leave the gallery. The candidate will also upkeep the high-end environment of the gallery. The candidate will report to the gallery manager. Responsibilities: Set up the gallery display, including hanging the paintings, moving sculptures and pedestals, adjusting lighting, etc. Pack the artworks in a professional manner and arrange them in the storeroom. Perform delivery and installation work to the customers Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping the gallery, clearing rubbish bins, wiping glass windows, wash utensils, etc. Requirements: Of fit stature and able to carry reasonably heavy artwork. Well-acquainted with technical tools. Logistics experience will be advantageous. Minimum secondary education Able to take instructions and work with minimal supervision Diligent
