About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Engineer to support the Plant Facilities function. The role covers building facilities maintenance and management, utilities reliability, vendor coordination, integrated facilities management, and technology-driven maintenance improvements. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee preventive maintenance for building facilities systems, including electrical systems, HVAC, MV systems, compressed air systems, and P&S systems. Ensure safety compliance, operational reliability, and system readiness across plant facilities. Implement predictive maintenance strategies using IoT sensor solutions and AI-driven applications. Drive KPIs for energy savings, power interruption reduction, and faster breakdown recovery. Support and develop AI-driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP). Manage utilities supply systems including HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring systems, water supply, and gas supply. Lead plant facilities repair and improvement projects, including vendor submission review and approval coordination. Review external vendor electrical design submissions and manage vendor work quality and safety compliance. Develop and implement an Integrated Facility Management model for M&E maintenance and engineering works. Support cost savings and streamlined repair works through IFM management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. 5 of relevant experience in facilities maintenance and management. Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance. High level of computer proficiency and a tech-savvy, AI-driven mindset. Strong problem-solving, project management, and vendor coordination skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Innovative mindset with interest in technology-driven facilities management. Results-oriented with focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Manufacturing industry work experience is preferred.
