Night Residential Care Worker[Night Shift]

Oversee residents daily, ensuring their welfare, discipline, and compliance with institution standards. Provide support during emergencies. Apply Trauma-informed practices in day-to-day interactions. Maintain safety and security through body and property checks, security patrols, dorm inspections, and conduct urine tests as needed. Address and manage the daily living needs of residents in the hostel. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents. Participate in task forces to support and carry out necessary tasks. Job Requirements: Ability to work night shifts. Independent, resourceful, and responsible.
