We help global and regional multinational companies design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, workplace technology, and physical security systems. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager — New Business, Enterprise Accounts, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new enterprise customers for Lionware’s AV, Modern Workplace, and Physical Security Solutions portfolio. This is a new business development role focused on building relationships with enterprise customers, creating qualified opportunities, and driving new customer acquisition. You will engage stakeholders across IT, Facilities, Workplace, Security, Operations, and Procurement, and work closely with Lionware’s internal sales, project, and technical teams to convert opportunities into booked projects. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities in Singapore. Build and manage a self-generated pipeline of new prospects and qualified opportunities. Perform outbound sales activities including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, partner networking, and industry events. Secure meetings, uncover customer needs, and qualify requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision processes. Solution Selling & Client Engagement Position Lionware’s AV, Modern Workplace, and Physical Security Solutions to enterprise customers. Conduct client meetings, discovery sessions, site walkthroughs, and solution discussions. Work with internal technical and project teams to develop recommendations, proposals, BOMs, and commercial offers. Present Lionware’s capabilities, vendor partnerships, project experience, and value proposition to new customers. Pipeline & Deal Management Own the sales process from prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and booking. Maintain accurate CRM records for all activities, opportunities, forecasts, and next steps. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Work closely with Sales Support Specialists, Project Engineers, and Shared Services to ensure smooth handover once projects are booked. Partner & Market Development Build relationships with technology vendors, distributors, consultants, and ecosystem partners. Attend relevant networking events, vendor briefings, trade shows, and customer engagement sessions. Support targeted campaigns for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet rooms, enterprise AV upgrades, workplace technology, and physical security deployments. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of corporate / B2B sales experience, preferably in Audio Visual, Workplace Technology, Physical Security, or related industries. Proven experience in prospecting, hunting, and developing new enterprise business opportunities. Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, follow-ups, and networking. Experience selling to enterprise customers is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Business-level Mandarin is preferred, as the role may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Self-driven, commercially aware, resilient, and comfortable working towards sales targets. What We Offer Opportunity to play a key role in growing Lionware’s enterprise customer base.
