Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership: Oversee all daily and strategic operations, set operational standards, optimise workflows, and ensure efficient, compliant business running Business & Project Development: Lead overall business growth, identify new markets, partners and revenue opportunities, and manage key projects from planning to successful delivery Industry Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and solutions covering food production, product quality, process improvement, food safety compliance, troubleshooting and industry best practices Governance & Strategy: Contribute to long‑term strategic planning, uphold fiduciary duties, ensure full compliance with Singapore’s food safety, labour and corporate regulations, and represent the company with partners and authorities
