Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Global Payment Solutions operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, robust controls, and operational excellence Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, operational performance, and customer outcomes Oversee outsourced service providers, ensuring effective governance, strong service performance, and adherence to contractual obligations Champion operational excellence by leveraging process optimisation, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency Strengthen the risk and control environment by ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and effective operational risk management Requirements At least 7 years of leadership experience in banking operations, shared services, or a global service centre environment Sound knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, team development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture
