Hnw Policy Servicing (6+6 Months Contract)

Key Responsibilities: Process both financial and non-financial policy changes with accuracy and efficiency Drive key operational deliverables for HNW customers to ensure alignment with customer, intermediary, and regulatory expectations Manage enquiries and feedback across multiple service channels, including conducting investigations and resolving regulatory-related complaints Liaise with internal teams and partners to resolve client issues and ensure service continuity Provide excellent customer service to policy owner, business partner and public through various Monitor daily operations, escalate issues, and suggest process improvements Maintain proper documentation and support file retention and destruction procedures Requirements: Higher diploma or equivalent; FLMI or similar qualifications are a plus Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance operations, preferably HNW Ability to read and review Chinese-language documents and handle any verbal queries in Chinese Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
