Job Description Manage end-to-end servicing of high net worth insurance policies Act as a key point of contact for distributors and banking partners Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy servicing requests Review and handle documentation related to policy collateralisation and trust assignments Support reporting requirements, including preparation of periodic statements Maintain and enhance operational processes and standard procedures Participate in system improvements, product launches, and business initiatives The Successful Applicant Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in life insurance policy servicing Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking skills Customer-focused with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working with policy administration systems and MS Office tools What's on Offer This role provides the opportunity to work within a reputable insurance platform with strong exposure to HNW clients and regional distribution channels.
