Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations while ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client requirements. The successful candidate will supervise site activities, promote a strong safety culture, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across multiple worksites. Key Responsibilities Operations Supervise and coordinate daily site operations across multiple worksites. Conduct regular site visits and scheduled site walkdowns to monitor work progress, safety, and operational standards. Coordinate manpower deployment, overtime arrangements, and replacement of manpower when required. Monitor equipment condition and follow up on repairs and maintenance. Ensure daily operational records and reports are completed accurately. Safety & Compliance Conduct operations and safety training, including SOP and Risk Assessment (RA) briefings. Lead and participate in toolbox meetings and safety talks. Carry out site inspections, Behaviour-Based Safety Observations (BBSO), audits, equipment checks, and spot checks. Promote compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices at all sites. Meetings & Stakeholder Management Attend and participate in: Monthly Stewardship Meetings, Monthly Buddy Manager Walks, Weekly Contractor Safety Network Meetings, Internal Operations and Safety Meetings Liaise with clients, contractors, terminal representatives, and internal departments on operational and safety matters. Prepare meeting updates, follow up on action items, and maintain meeting records where required. Administration Arrange employee training, medical examinations, license renewals, and other compliance requirements. Maintain training records, safety passports, and operational documentation. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and shift arrangements. Prepare weekly reports on site visits, observations, and operational activities. Requirements Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, marine, construction, or a similar industry preferred. Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple sites. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a Class 3 Driving License is an advantage. Preferred Qualities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
