Site Supervisor (Construction)

6 days work week , Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 4.30pm West area Full Time Duties: Monitor project progress and coordinate with main contractors, stakeholders, and the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) to ensure smooth operations. Enforce SOPs and ISO compliance to maintain work quality, safety standards, and reduce rectification costs. Supervise daily operations, assign tasks to foremen and workers, and conduct toolbox meetings. Ensure legal, safety, and training requirements are met, including risk assessments, inspections, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigations. Submit rectification reports and monthly repair cost updates to AOM. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while fostering a positive, motivated, and innovative team culture. Oversee batching plant operations, ensuring accurate chemical dosing, proper equipment maintenance, and quality concrete output. Carry out additional tasks as directed by the AOM.
