About this role

Assistant Manager / Education Consultant Job Responsibilities Provide professional education counselling and guidance to prospective students on programmes, admissions, and career pathways Manage end-to-end student journey, including enquiries, applications, registrations, and enrolments Proactively source, follow up, and convert sales leads to achieve enrolment targets Meet individual and team monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students to enhance engagement and referrals Represent the institution at marketing events, roadshows, and outreach activities Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness through training and self-development Prepare and maintain accurate reports on pipeline, conversion, and sales performance Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach activities Support other initiatives and projects assigned by the Head of Department Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in education consultancy, admissions, or sales-driven roles Prior experience in a Private Education Institution (PEI) or education sector will be advantageous Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment Able to engage effectively with diverse student profiles, including international students Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Additional Information Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure Immediate availability will be an advantage Mature candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
