Job Responsibilities Own bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and materials take-offs — turning drawings into accurate, purchasable pricing for the purchasing team Prepare and issue client quotations, invoices, and receipts via our online platforms; confirm prices with suppliers and sub-contractors Keep cost records, progress updates, and designers’ cover sheets accurate, current, and audit-ready Walk sites and attend meetings alongside thesenior QS and M&E team — grounding costing in real scope, programme, andprogress Manage variations, claims, and contractualissues as they arise on site, day to day Analyse variation, purchase, and work orderswith operations; track supplier and designer payments with proper documentation Receive contractor bills, update contractors on payment sta…
