Sales Representative(Medical)

Job Description: We are a Singapore-based company specializing in medical devices and healthcare solutions, looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This person will have the opportunity to work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, providing product expertise and building lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, cross-sell products, and stay ahead of industry trends. You will also be frequently interfacing with customers, attending professional meetings, and supporting cases outside of regular business hours to ensure exceptional service delivery. Job functions: The ideal candidate shall be able to perform the following: Work directly with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and key customer accounts to understand their clinical needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Communicate with customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs. Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses to convert them into long-term customers. Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available, maximizing revenue opportunities. Work closely with the sales team by receiving coaching, training, or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed. Maintain training in product features, benefits, clinical applications, and other critical business applications to remain a trusted advisor. Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends to inform sales strategies. Participate in professional association meetings and support cases outside of regular business hours, as required, to build networks and provide timely support. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders and external clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools. Job Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma in related industries (e.g., Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field). Prior experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare customer-facing roles is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams. Self-starting individual with ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proven relationship management skills, including ability to influence decisions and navigate complex healthcare environments. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for professional meetings and case support, as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Locations: Singapore
