Sales Executive

Job Description The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing new cleaning service contracts for the company. This role focuses on expanding the company's client base through proactive sales efforts and building relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories or market segments Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to secure appointments Prepare and present comprehensive service proposals and quotations Respond to tenders and requests for quotations within required timeframes Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines Client Relationship Management Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery Collect client feedback and communicate to relevant departments May require occasional evening or weekend work for client meetings Market Research & Analysis Monitor market trends and competitor activities Identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings Gather intelligence on pricing trends and customer preferences Contribute to the development of sales strategies and approaches Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records in the company’s system Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports Document client requirements and contract specifications Manage sales-related documentation and filing systems Track and report on sales pipeline and conversion rates Professional Development Stay updated on industry developments and cleaning technologies Participate in sales training and professional development activities Contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing Job Requirement: Essential Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Experience in sales, preferably in facilities management, cleaning services, or a related service industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin or other languages are an advantage for client engagement. Valid driving license will be preferred Preferred Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales Familiarity with the cleaning industry, facility management or hospitality industry Experience with quotation preparation, submission and pitching Track record of achieving sales targets Key Competencies: Self-motivation and results orientation Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions Meticulous and strong time management skills Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejections Ability to work independently and as part of a team
