About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organised HR Executive to support our Human Resource and Operations teams. This role focuses on manpower coordination, staff administration, recruitment, attendance tracking, and employee support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Coordination Assist in recruiting and onboarding local gardeners and operational staff. Source part-time workers to cover manpower shortages and urgent operational needs. Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future recruitment. Manpower Deployment & Attendance Coordinate daily manpower deployment with the Operations team. Monitor attendance, leave, medical certificates, and absenteeism. Arrange replacement manpower when required. Prepare accurate monthly attendance records for payroll processing. Employee Records & HR Administration Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, attendance, and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary documentation, and staff communications. Prepare HR reports and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Employee Support & Performance Handle basic HR enquiries relating to leave, attendance, and company policies. Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and client feedback. Support salary reviews, performance improvement, and employee welfare initiatives. Client & Operational Support Liaise with clients and supervisors regarding attendance, deployment, and manpower issues. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure adequate manpower coverage. Assist in resolving routine manpower and attendance matters. General HR Support Support payroll by verifying attendance records and salary-related adjustments. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other HR, administrative, and operational duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of HR or manpower coordination experience is preferred. Experience in recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll support, or workforce deployment will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR administration. Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
