Job Summary You will provide friendly, efficient service by greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and resolving concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience at LUKES. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders to ensure a positive first impression Recommend menu items based on your knowledge to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Enter orders efficiently into the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately using credit card readers or cash registers Calculate and return change swiftly to maintain smooth transaction flow Maintain daily cleanliness by clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing kitchen utensils to uphold hygiene standards Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate service and resolve issues Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve problems according to outlet policies to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the designated uniform and following the corporate dress code Assist fellow servers during busy periods or as needed to support team efficiency Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return to encourage repeat business Complete any additional tasks assigned to support restaurant operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of food and beverage menu items to provide genuine recommendations Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Other Information Benefits for full-time employees: Five-day work week totaling 44 hours Meal allowance during working hours Staff discount on food and beverages Overtime pay for hours worked beyond regular schedule Comprehensive med…
