About this role

Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities Build relationships with business owners, procurement personnel, and decision-makers Conduct customer visits and business presentations Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions Account Management Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process Develop long-term customer relationships Sales Administration Prepare quotations and sales documentation Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems Track sales opportunities and follow-up actions Prepare sales reports when required Market Development Monitor industry trends and competitor activities Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer events Gather customer feedback and market insights Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Comfortable meeting customers and conducting presentations Possess a valid Class 3/Class 3A driving licence Access to own vehicle preferred (transport reimbursement provided) Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage: Industrial products Equipment sales Technical sales Manufacturing sector SME sales environments Why Join Us Attractive commission with strong earning potential Opportunity to work directly with business decision-makers Exposure to industrial solutions and business development
