Core Mission Responsible for managing payments, billings and payroll across the Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia offices, and supporting the wider finance and accounting function in close partnership with the Financial Controller. Core Responsibilities Manage all accounts receivable and billing functions across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, including closing of all sales opportunities within Salesforce, raising invoices at month end, and all receipting. Follow up on Accounts Receivable collections and prepare credit collection reports to Head Office on a weekly basis. Manage all accounts payable and payments functions including input of supplier invoices to Sage Intacct and organising payments within due dates. Staff expense reporting. Treasury function, including preparation of weekly cash flows for submission to Head Office. Payroll function for Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia staff, including CPF (Singapore) and MPF (Hong Kong) submissions. Assist in preparation of month-end close and reporting to Head Office. Assist in submission of all company secretarial compliance matters. Liaise with external auditors on completion of all year-end audit matters, including audit requests, financials and tax returns. Co-ordinate the annual budgeting process, providing Managing Directors with assistance in budget development prior to submission to Head Office. Reporting Line APAC Financial Controller Key Dimensions Singapore office: Managing Director, Asia and 4 support staff. Hong Kong office: Office Head and 3 support staff. Australia office: Managing Director, Australia, 2 sales staff and 5 support staff. The finance team is situated in Singapore, and oversees the complete finance function of the Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia offices. Education & Experience Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent CPA). At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance/financial planning. Prior background in B2B, services or IT is strongly preferred. Proficiency in financial systems and exposure to CRM applications such as Salesforce. Strong background in both financial and management accounting and reporting. Excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills. Prior experience handling payments, billing or payroll across multiple countries (e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia) is an advantage. Personal Character Strong communication and relationship-building skills and an ability to work dynamically across a global matrix organisation. High level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Adaptable and flexible - must be willing to deal with day-to-day issues. A high degree of maturity and professionalism and an excellent attention to detail.
