Responsibilities
- •Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- •Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- •Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements
- •Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- •Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- •Lead and mentor the controlling team
Required
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- •CPA or equivalent certification
- •+ years of progressive experience in accounting/controlling
- •Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- •Experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization
- •Proven leadership and team management skills
Nice to have
- •Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- •Experience in a high-growth technology or manufacturing company
- •Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- •Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
