About this role

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & AdminExecutive to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Singapore HR practices, including CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, work pass matters, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and general employee administration. Responsibilities: Support full spectrum of HR and administrative duties, including employee records, HR documentation, and general office administration. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including employment documentation, staff orientation, exit clearance, and final salary coordination. Handle work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM-related submissions. Assist with payroll administration and statutory matters, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM compliance. Prepare HR-related letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, and other employee documents. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. Support ad hoc HR, admin, and office-related tasks as required. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience. Familiar with Singapore HR practices, including CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, and work pass processes. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, and HR documentation. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both HR and administrative tasks independently. Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
