Our client is looking for a hands-on and experienced WarehouseManager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stockaccuracy, safety compliance and team management across multiple business unitsand entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate ERP inventory transactions, effectivestock control and continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuance, withdrawal, transfer, return and dispatch of inventory. Oversee the storage and movement of vehicles, equipment, spare parts, consumables, accessories and operating supplies. Ensure all inventory movements and transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system on a timely basis. Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations and ensure proper stock identification, labelling, traceability and documentation. Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, stock turnover, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and recommend corrective actions where required. Establish and maintain minimum, maximum and reorder stock levels to support operational needs. Plan and lead cycle counts, annual stock takes, variance reconciliation and stock take reporting. Work closely with Finance and external auditors on inventory audits and supporting documentation. Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Service, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth inventory flow. Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, material flow and manpower allocation to improve productivity and safety. Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, audit requirements, safety standards and statutory regulations. Maintain good warehouse housekeeping, 5S practices and safe operation of warehouse equipment. Lead, supervise, coach and develop warehouse staff, while monitoring performance, productivity and discipline. Prepare and analyse warehouse and inventory reports, including inventory accuracy, stock ageing, turnover, service levels and productivity KPIs. Support warehouse cost control, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties or projects assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Operations or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse, inventory control or logistics operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong experience in warehouse operations, stock control, stock take, inventory reconciliation and ERP inventory transactions. Good understanding of inventory procedures, warehouse safety, audit requirements and operational controls. Hands-on, detail-oriented and operationally strong. Good leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in automotive, equipment, engineering, logistics, distribution or related industries will be an advantage.
