E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon and Odoo. Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms. Ensure timely execution of order process management. Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly. Provide customer service to support the sales growth. Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers. Prepare monthly summary sales reports. Plan and execute e-commerce promotion campaigns. Work with in-house designers to prepare promotion banners, category banners and campaign artwork. Requirements Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented person with 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG. Possess at least a Diploma in any field. Self-starter who is technologically savvy, organised and able to operate well in a team under pressure. Possess good analytical skills to evaluate sales reports to build competitive sales strategy and promotions for each platform. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
