Logistic Executive (Luxury Retail)

Job Responsibility: Coordinate end-to-end merchandising and logistics operations, including import/export shipments, order processing, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders to support internal stakeholders, retailers, and boutiques. Monitor operational performance and costs, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with KPIs. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates to support strong inventory visibility and operational accuracy. Support and ensure compliance with internal control procedures to maintain inventory integrity and audit readiness. Prepare, verify, and manage shipment and customs documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational requirements. Drive and support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and other ad-hoc operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution Experience working with 3PL providers and managing shipment documentation is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Registration No: R22110413 EA Licence No: (22C1376)
