Role: Planner and Buyer Location: Central Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm Salary: $2800-$3200 Job Description · To support daily operations in shipment coordination with suppliers, forwarders and end customers to ensure proper procedure and timely delivery · Prepare documents for shipment and support sales admin. (Invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, PO, etc). · Monitor the incoming shipment status via tracking portals, follow up closely with forwarders, compare to the target arrival date, update customers promptly and ensure timely delivery. - Source and negotiate of freight rates with shipping agents, forwarders and 3PL. · Liaise and coordinate with supplies and forwarders for good pick up and arrangement for delivery (air freight / sea freight/land transport). · Track and analysis the inventory list, inventory level report, customers' orders trends, supplies incoming rate and update the status to manager · Track and monitor the good expiry dates into inventory management list for incoming shipment. Update and maintain records for all stocks movement. · Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Report and put up action plans for resolutions. · Work with sales and warehouse admin in order to prepare the demand and supply forecast planning. update and maintain records for all stocks inventory and the movement of inbound/outbound cargos · Work closely with partners from China, US and Europe to ensure timely delivery. · Prepare weekly /monthly report for management. · Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above • Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing, logistic coordination and supply chain management • Good negotiation & communication skills • Self-driven and disciplined individual with ability to manage time and prioritize tasks • Competency in MS Excel (Pivot, v-lookup) and MS Office Registration No. R1100673 EA No : 99C3289
