Network Engineer

Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities. Liaising with the customer technical representatives. Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features. Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool. Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer. Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment. Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets. Identify potential failures and recommend solution. Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation. L3 Network Engineer with min 7 yrs of experience. Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization. Should have supported Network deployments. Should have 6 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers, NetScaler and BlueCoat. Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing. Identify potential failures and recommend solution. Update knowledge base withknown errors. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication. Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts. Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business.
