Responsibilities Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications Conduct detailed consultations to advise patients on treatment options and expected results, ensuring informed decision-making Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans, adjusting protocols to maximize efficacy and safety Maintain consistently high standards of patient care and clinical hygiene in compliance with medical regulations Manage patient enquiries by providing clear education about treatment courses and post-treatment care to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction Train and mentor clinic staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care protocols to uphold clinical excellence Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance and shared mission delivery Administer medical-grade chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety standards Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience to build trust and loyalty Required competencies and certifications Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
