Responsibilities Represent the company professionally to maintain and enhance brand reputation Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries to ensure high service standards Conduct detailed skin analyses and deliver personalized consultations to address client needs Drive sales of aesthetic services, skincare products, facial, slimming, and TCM therapeutic services to meet revenue goals Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner to build rapport and foster loyalty Lead and manage your sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Collaborate with team members to optimize branch sales performance and customer satisfaction Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate passion for sales, leadership, and customer engagement to inspire team and clients Exhibit an outgoing and pleasant personality that supports effective customer interaction Other Information Commission structure includes ala carte, packages, product sales, branch performance, and overriding commission Staff incentives and discounts available Conducive working environment with shorter working hours Location: Hougang 5 days week
