Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Clinic Sales Consultant with proven skin aesthetic experience to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional client service in a professional aesthetic clinic environment. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets by effectively closing sales of skin aesthetic treatments and services Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention Lead and motivate team members to support clinic sales objectives and deliver excellent service Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor to create a welcoming client experience Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training to stay current with aesthetic industry trends and products Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in skin aesthetic sales Proven track record of strong sales closing rates Effective leadership skills to guide and inspire team members Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving clinic practices Other Information Training will be provided Attractive working hours Compensation includes basic salary, allowance, commission, bonus, and group commission 5 days week
