As the first point of contact for Yagyo Haven, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will warmly welcome guests, manage appointments efficiently, support daily outlet operations, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and memorable journey from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers warmly, creating a premium first impression that reflects Yagyo Haven's brand and service standards. Introduce Yagyo Haven's wellness treatments, Hanfu experiences, membership programmes, promotions, and retail products confidently and professionally. Manage customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms promptly and courteously. Schedule appointments accurately, coordinate bookings, and optimise the daily appointment calendar. Process payments accurately, perform daily cash and payment reconciliation, and maintain proper transaction records. Operate the spa management system (CRM/POS) to update customer profiles, bookings, memberships, packages, and service records. Coordinate customer arrivals with therapists, photographers, makeup artists, and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times. Monitor inventory of retail products and reception supplies, and report low stock to management. Assist with administrative duties, including attendance records, filing, reports, and other operational documentation. Promote membership programmes, upgrades, retail products, and seasonal promotions where appropriate. Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary. Support outlet events, marketing campaigns, and other operational initiatives as assigned. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or retail. Friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, POS systems, booking software, and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers. Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the roster. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a spa, beauty salon, wellness centre, hotel, hospitality, or luxury retail environment. Sales experience with the ability to recommend memberships, retail products, and promotional packages. Familiarity with CRM or spa management software will be an advantage.
