Sales Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to develop new business, conduct site visits, understand customer needs, and support projects from enquiry to completion. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and understanding market needs Conduct site visits to perform on-site measurements and technical assessments to support project proposals Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate mechanical design and fabrication solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met from enquiry through completion Manage project timelines and deliverables to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets Apply knowledge of mechanical engineering and fabrication processes to solve technical challenges in customer projects Work independently to meet sales targets while maintaining proactive communication with clients and stakeholders Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or related industries Basic knowledge of mechanical design and fabrication processes Experience in on-site measurement and technical sketching Valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or related industries
