About this role
Job Purpose To support the Human Resources and Facilities Operations departments by coordinating workforce deployment, monitoring site employees, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facilities support operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Assist with employee onboarding and orientation. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave records. Maintain personnel files and HR documentation. Coordinate training, medical appointments, and safety briefings. Assist with recruitment, interviews, and staff deployment. Handle employee enquiries and welfare matters. Prepare HR reports and maintain staff records. Facilities Support Monitor daily attendance and deployment of site workers. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with company SOPs. Coordinate with site supervisors and clients on operational matters. Monitor housekeeping and facilities support activities. Ensure workers comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements. Arrange manpower replacement when required. Prepare daily operational and manpower reports. Monitor cleaning equipment, PPE, and inventory. Administration Prepare monthly attendance summaries. Maintain records of uniforms, tools, and equipment issued. Coordinate transport and accommodation arrangements where required. Support management with administrative and operational tasks. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience in team supervision, housekeeping, facilities, or operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to coordinate multiple work sites and manage staff schedules. Strong organisational and reporting skills.
