Responsibilities Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction Provide informed recommendations on resort facilities, dining, local attractions, and transport options Process guest profiles and payment transactions with attention to detail Maintain accurate guest records and prepare operational reports for team use Deliver personalised service that consistently exceeds guest expectations Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality Professional Certificate, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Hospitality or related discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain friendly and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
