Field Service / Equipment Engineer | Mechanical / Electrical

Responsibilities: Perform equipment installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair works. Support field service activities at customer sites or manufacturing environments. Diagnose mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment issues and provide technical solutions. Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration, testing and equipment performance checks. Read technical drawings, manuals, schematics or equipment documentation when required. Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors on service activities. Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation. Support equipment improvement, modification and customer technical support activities. Job Requirement: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline. Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, machine troubleshooting or technical support is preferred. Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronics, PCB, automation or industrial equipment is an advantage. Able to read drawings, schematics or technical manuals. Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and customer site support. Good communication, problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
